I had work done on my Subaru Cross trac about a month ago. Vehicle went in for a oil change rotate tires and fix a wheel sensor. Well vehicle was there for one whole day. Was told needed new back brea ago. Vehicle went in for a oil change rotate tires and fix a wheel sensor. Well vehicle was there for one whole day. Was told needed new back breaks and all four wheel sensors had to be replaced. They broke a wheel stud off and I had to pay for that besides. Three days ago I had a flat tire glad I was in my work parking lot because when we went to take the flat off the car the wheel stud was broken it was the same one that they had just replaced. They cut the old one off and never replaced it and put the cap back on it with the broken piece still in it. I had made a appointment to have the new stud put in and tired repaired. I cancelled my appointment. I ended up with the help of my husband replacing two of those studs and three caps. You don't put the caps back on using power tools you tighten them by hand. I will never take my vehicle back there again. I do not trust them and I know my tires were never rotated like I asked them to do. They take your money and say they did the work. More

Bought new car in April 25 and now it's Sept 25. Having trouble with electrical. Called for service appt. They stated they would call back with appt. Never happened. Called general manager and Having trouble with electrical. Called for service appt. They stated they would call back with appt. Never happened. Called general manager and left message and again no return call. Went their made appt. Told general manager and it was the phone system why they didn't call back. (Really) Told her my issues and she stated she would get us in a nother new car reasonable. Service tech stated couldn't find anything but updated system. We'll long stay shot they wanted and additional 6000.00 more to get me into another new car. What a joke. But keep bringing it back. I also told the salesman on day one of this issue, he stated it was just park in a bad place. Never never again. Word will get around how they treat customers. More
