Bought new car in April 25 and now it's Sept 25. Having trouble with electrical. Called for service appt. They stated they would call back with appt. Never happened. Called general manager and Having trouble with electrical. Called for service appt. They stated they would call back with appt. Never happened. Called general manager and left message and again no return call. Went their made appt. Told general manager and it was the phone system why they didn't call back. (Really) Told her my issues and she stated she would get us in a nother new car reasonable. Service tech stated couldn't find anything but updated system. We'll long stay shot they wanted and additional 6000.00 more to get me into another new car. What a joke. But keep bringing it back. I also told the salesman on day one of this issue, he stated it was just park in a bad place. Never never again. Word will get around how they treat customers. More

Take your vehicle anywhere else for service. this place will come up with excuses why they didn't do the service that was scheduled. As a long-time Chilson's customer (4 cars over the last 5 years), we have always loved our experience with them. When it was time to buy car #5 we went to the recently purchased Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru, w years), we have always loved our experience with them. When it was time to buy car #5 we went to the recently purchased Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru, where we met Jason, since our previous salesperson had moved into a different field. Jason was AMAZING showing us what fell into our price range, keeping great contact with us and even dealing with some stupid questions on our part. It was clear to us that he cared about us, not just about the sale he was hoping to make, even referring us to a friend at another dealership to answer some questions about a car that they had that we were interested in. In the end we went with Jason and Morrie's because we have loved our relationship with the dealership and really got to trusting Jason and the Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru team. We now own car #5 from this dealership and my daughter purchased their 2nd car from Morrie's since then. Thanks, Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru and specifically to the Morrie's team for maintaining a GREAT dealership that clearly cares for their customers and the community. More
