I had a 9am service appointment. I was told it would be about a 90 minute wait. Seemed long but I accepted it. After 90 minutes, I asked when my vehicles would be done. We don't know if they do a good job mechanically, as we never got any service. We made an appointment for 9 am Saturday morning. At 11, (2 hours later) when we asked about our car, we were told it was go never got any service. We made an appointment for 9 am Saturday morning. I bought my car here three years ago and continue to get it serviced with them, even though my warranty expired. They are awesome people... professional, polite, and they give me a ride to and from work so it serviced with them, even though my warranty expired.
