Drove two hours after receiving an online quote and during negotiation I was told to “read the fine print because it was an add”. I tried to show him it was a personal email from Kathleen to me and he during negotiation I was told to “read the fine print because it was an add”. I tried to show him it was a personal email from Kathleen to me and he rudely told me it was not even when I attempted to show it to him. He gave us buying quotes but would not give us lease quotes. Very disappointed More
