The intake youngmen are well mannered and helpful, as well as my service representative. Restrooms are very clean and well stocked. Refreshments are a welcome amenity, especially if you missed your coff well as my service representative. Restrooms are very clean and well stocked. Refreshments are a welcome amenity, especially if you missed your coffee. Except, decaf is not provided. My main issue is related to protective floor mat covering/driver's side not provided. As a result, my mat was smeared with a greasy black substance. This was also present on the previous visit. The female supervisor attempted to clean the mat, but this resulted in spreading the grease into an unsightly dirty mess.The protective mat covers I use to protect my factory carpet mats are usually removed and notification is placed in the car indicating my covers represent a safety hazard. If dealership is not going to keep my factory mats clean, I do not want my protective coverings removed. More
