Kathy is still great, but I had to return my vehicle today because the windshield washer still does not operate despite the fact that the alleged cause was a faulty pump, which was replaced. Clearly this was not tested for functionality before I picked up the vehicle. Additionally, there is a noise that varies with the speed of the vehicle that appears to be coming from the left rear of the vehicle that was not there before. I have just taken the vehicle back to Kathy and received a loaner vehicle. I wonder if a “test drive,” if conducted was thorough enough. I am sad to say that I am disappointed at this time.
