I worked with Chad Voglewede, who was a true professional. He went over and above in every step of our new car purchase. We met so many people in the process- all were truly kind and helpful. Jason Campos made the financial transaction seemless. Jerry who did the pre-delivery inspection showed me many details on the car and was available on pick up for any other questions. I believe the detailer was John-he had this car truly shining like new money, it was absolutely spotless and beautiful. Lenny was kind enough to move the car around as I was uncomfortable backing it out for the 1st time. On pick up day, which was Chad's day off. He came in so we could pick up the car. He spent a lot of time with my husband and I to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. He has even been in touch to make sure everything is wonderful. He is truly top notch! We met Kathy as well who told us if we had any concerns or questions to feel free to get in touch with her as well. I would highly recommend Rick Evans and Evans Toyota to anyone in the market for a new car. You can tell he and his staff genuinely care about their customers.
