The office side of this encounter was great, I was not impressed, and felt dismissed by the service tech Parker who felt that the rattling I was hearing in the cabin “definitely “ was from the bolt they f impressed, and felt dismissed by the service tech Parker who felt that the rattling I was hearing in the cabin “definitely “ was from the bolt they found in my tire. I was not aware that a bolt was in mu tire and in fact when I left Mercedes after retrieving my car, I hear a new noise which I am now attributing to this bolt. I had wanted them to look at the captain’s seats in the second row as they have been visibly shaking for the past month or so. These were not checked to my knowledge, as the service tech had already make his decision on the noise. So now I get to make another appointment for them to look at the seats. I realize there are many customers served in this center, and I felt like Katie was attentive and helpful. As were the other staff I interacted with. I am just disappointed and feel a bit dismissed, and now have a new bolt in my tire. More
