Just when we thought we couldn't walk away with the car, Mark came through and made it possible for us by helping us with the tags and setting that up! Choices Abound Went in to look at a car I saw online, took it for a test drive but it sold literally 5 minutes later. Went back and Dave and Katie had already found similar cars for me to pick and test drive the next time I showed up. Katie was very thorough through emails and patient with my crazy work schedule. Dave was our sales person and he was also very thorough. Actually found out what some buttons mean on cars I have had previously and had no idea what they did. He explains things in a personable manner. Also he was very upfront with everything. Anthony was a man of mystery, although I don't know what he looks like he came back with 4 choices of payment options that we could chose from. Rod was the last step and he gave options but did not make you feel as you had to get them. Kept everything on the up and up. Looking forward and hoping the service team are just as accomplished. More

I live in Rhode Island, an hour away fr Katie Bedard and Mark Calzo provided me with the best car search and purchase (lease) I have ever experienced. I live in Rhode Island, an hour away from First Hyundai in MA. I started receiving emails from Katie after searching on the internet for remaining 2016 Sonatas. Several dealerships contacted me, but Katie was BY FAR the most responsive. She found exactly what I was looking for - 2016 ECO trim, silver, a cd player, and power driver seat. When I could not make it to the dealership during that week after work, she spoke with her sales manager Anthony Coccia, and everything was handled over the phone with my husband and I - on a Saturday. Mark even offered to drive the car to me in RI an hour away. Not only was their response and caring attitude the winner for me, but they beat the price of a dealership 3 miles from my home in RI offered. Mark was delightful and very knowledgeable upon delivery of my new Sonata in December. Since then, Mark and Katie have continued to be immediately responsive to my every question since then, as I am getting used to my new car and new touch screen. I have nothing but WOWS for Katie, Mark, and Anthony for being so honest and helping me out ever way possible. More
