Damon was awesome, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The gentlemen I had to deal with to complete the deal, negotiating price and presenting me with financing and "add-ons" were arrogant accommodating. The gentlemen I had to deal with to complete the deal, negotiating price and presenting me with financing and "add-ons" were arrogant and condescending, and flat out dishonest. They presented me with THE final payment options and only wanted to tell me about the additional warranties and protections. They even told me, emphatically that the factory warranty wouldn't transfer because it originated in Canada, I would have no coverage. Not true, I have since verified with Nissan. DISHONEST. I asked if the interest rate was the BEST they could do, twice, and was emphatically told yes, this is the best we can do. I said ok, no deal, and asked for the keys to my truck. Then I was insulted by being asked if I was really going to just walk out after all the ......bla...bla..bla... Low and behold, they were able to get a better rate for me, but only a rate as good as I told them I knew I could get easily from 2 financial institutions, instantly. If this is the way you do business, trying to pull fast ones over on customers to make your money, than you should be happy I live over an hour away, because ther is now way I could recomend your dealership with good conscience. I actually feel sorry for Damon, he was great. And the 2 young ladies that handled the final paperwork were very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm not a young fellow, I've purchased many, many vehicles. I know how it things work, and I was insulted by the way I was treated. More
