Everyone was great except the Detail dept. was beyond horrible,myself and sales were picking off stickers in the snow. I got in it for the FIRST time after owning it ready to go! I just paid 53 grand, cash to get in it for the first time dirty and boxes. Dirt from snow all over the doors even after the second time Katie talked to them, at this point I wanted to go home and just left. I should have some form of free detail for a good 3 years some place close to me no Orchard hyndai isnt close. It should be my choice. I'm 2hrs away from you. You guys should be embarrassed handing over a 2026, 53,000 car paid for with garbage and the seats not even in having the customer and sales men do it. I will tell everyone about that part. More
