Had a good book to read but after a while I noticed that others who had arrived were done and leaving. At 3:00 I went to the desk to ask what had happened to my car and the appointment. Katie apologized profusely over and over but it would be another 1/2 hour at least........well it was 45 minutes. Several times other service people came into the waiting room and saw me but never asked about why I was waiting.. I apparently was lost in line somewhere. Since it was warranty work I have no idea if it works or not. I think it was something with a seatbelt in the back seat. FYI - I bought my first Subaru from you in about 1984, this is my 5th Subaru all bought from private parties. More

I asked some questions about change in ground clearance and hitch capacity and tongue weight and all were answered right away. I had several other appointments that and I was able to secure a loaner vehicle which was extremely helpful. The work was done on time and the installation itself looks great. No question Stewart Subaru service is my go-to when I need something done to my Outback, our ninth Subaru. More
