Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and kind. The response times on all my questions were incredibly fast. Kennedy took care of everything for me. I had a ton of questions throughout the process and traded a car in, and it was pain free. I was in and out of the dealership in a couple hours. I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends. Dan was the ideal manager to work with. He was beyond kind and thoughtful, and I was able to get numbers from him or through Kennedy almost immediately. Amin got me a better interest rate than I thought was possible and was really flexible when I had some issues with documents. Katie was such a joy to talk to. She was personable and charismatic, while explaining the ins and outs of the service packages to me, making sure I understood all the details and how they would affect my monthly payment. More
