From the very beginning, Katie made the entire car-buying experience feel easy, comfortable, and completely pressure-free. She is one of the most down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of working with in any sales environment—let alone at a car dealership. What really stood out to me was how well Katie listened. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a truck, what my priorities were, and what I was hoping to get out of the deal. She wasn’t pushy or trying to steer me toward something else—instead, she worked with me every step of the way to find the right fit, which turned out to be the F-250 I drove off the lot with. Katie was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and responsive to all of my questions. Kate is truly an asset to your team, and I cannot thank her enough for taking my call the night I was informed that my engine had seized. My 2015 Kia Optima had a recall I was unaware of, and without the u her enough for taking my call the night I was informed that my engine had seized. My 2015 Kia Optima had a recall I was unaware of, and without the update, Kia was unable to replace the engine. I was quoted $7,000 for a new one and found myself stranded in a cabin at the top of a mountain. My insurance company advised me to abandon the vehicle and consider it a loss. They also refused to help with a rental car. I was stranded in the mountains with my two children on a trip, feeling overwhelmed and helpless. Kate helped bring light to a very difficult situation. She was so willing to help—not only by assisting me in finding a vehicle but by treating me with integrity and empathy. She even offered to drive an hour and a half to pick me up and bring me back to Hickory just to view potential cars, with zero pressure to buy. She truly listened to what I wanted in a car and understood the price point I needed to stay within. Between her and the kind gentleman who assisted me in the finance department, I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Thank YOU Kate! More
