Could have been better I was told three negative and insulting things: “we make $1million plus transactions every day” so my 50k purchase was not important?, I was offered $ I was told three negative and insulting things: “we make $1million plus transactions every day” so my 50k purchase was not important?, I was offered $1000 for my vehicle and then bumped it to $2500, what changed and why?, I was told I wasn’t going to get a better rate than I was being offered there—I came back with a lower rate from a different bank, just to prove you wrong. People there need to stop treating buyers like it’s their first time and be actually Helpful so that they can come back in the future and even refer other potential buyers. More

First Rate & Hassle Free! I never thought of "Up Grading" my vehicle before. Extremely smooth transaction, I definitely recommend it if you do your homework!!! Research what k I never thought of "Up Grading" my vehicle before. Extremely smooth transaction, I definitely recommend it if you do your homework!!! Research what kind of car you want, have an idea of what you can get for your current vehicle and if there are any deals you can work out with the dealer see what's available, but...don't just do that for upgrades, you should definitely do that for any car you by! You can ask Katie Jasionowski about what I mean to "do your homework". She was awesome we both learned some things that day I upgraded. She made it worth my while. I upgraded from 2014 Chevy Equinox LTZ to the 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier. I'm very pleased! Thanks Katie! More
