We had seen a used 2015 Audi Allroad online and called Jennifer to arrange a test drive and get details on the car. Chris was very pleasant and put no pressure on us to buy the car. He gave us the week-end to think it over. There were no made up stories of someone else wanting the car and we needed to decide quickly! We're senior citizens and appreciated the time to make sure this car was what we wanted. We called Chris on Monday to say that we wanted the car and again we chose the date and time to pick it up. Katie got us through the purchase so fast I thought we must have left out something. Kudos to these professionals! More

Long Distance Purchase I recently purchased a 1997 SL500 40th Anniversary edition model from Zach Glutz at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati . I am located in Vermont, and never I recently purchased a 1997 SL500 40th Anniversary edition model from Zach Glutz at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati . I am located in Vermont, and never saw the car before purchasing it. Working with Zach was wonderful. He took the time to research and answer all of the many questions I gave him. Dealing long distance, and not seeing the car in person, only pictures, was a new experience for me. Zach made the whole process easy. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.
