Had an awesome experience at Ron Tonkin Honda on 122nd. Katie was great — everything was ready to go when I walked in and she made the whole process super smooth and easy. The guy in finance (I wish I remembered his name!) was also amazing. He gave me a little over $2k above my trade-in value, which helped take care of my negative equity and kept my payments right where I needed them. That alone was huge, but then they even threw in two free oil changes on top of it. Overall, just really solid customer service. I left feeling taken care of and not stressed out, which says a lot. Definitely a 5-star experience. More
