She provided top tier customer service by personally picking up the car from their Gresham location to the Portland location while we drov work with. By going the extra mile, Katie helped saved about 30 mins of drive time. She had the car ready to test drive and was quick with the paperwork process. There was no sales pressure or gimmicks.
