Knew I wanted a Terrain but wasn't ready to pull the trigger. I found what became my new vehicle while doing an online search at GMC Dealerships. Katie, in the internet department, helped me out when I requested info on the vehicle I had seen on the website. We set up a viewing and a test drive and she helped secure financing. When it came time to pull the trigger, Katie walked us through the whole process, including showing me all the cool options available, up till we met with Don to seal the deal. Don and Katie absolutely made this the BEST car buying experience we've ever had. No pressure whatsoever to do anything. That's important for a consumer. I love my new Terrain. Thank You!
