My sisters 2018 Camry has stalled four times in freeway traffic. Each time she took it back to the service department they fixed “something “ but not the problem. The last time was on IH 20 with a passenge traffic. Each time she took it back to the service department they fixed “something “ but not the problem. The last time was on IH 20 with a passenger. This time the service manager told her trade it in because they wouldn’t look for the problem unless it happened when one of their mechanics was in the car. Worst experience I’ve ever seen any one have at a dealership. Basically told “trade in your death trap so some unsuspecting person will buy your problem.” Worst service department we’ve ever had to deal with. Uncaring and inept. Shame on you! More
