I felt comfortable with my salesperson, Kay Parris. She was respectful and kind, listening to what I had to say and then she showed me exactly what I wanted. We bought a slightly used Toyota Corolla recently with Kay Parris as our salesperson. We're repeat ustomers at Sun and it's always been a good experience, which is why we return. Kay was easy to work with, up front, did everything we needed, and there were none of the games you get with some dealerships. There was one very minor communication glitch which was quickly resolved to my satisfaction- and after all, that's the best you can ask for in a review, right? No communication glitches means you don't know what could happen. Note: Michelle, who is one of the managers, called the next day to check up on the communication glitch, which had already been resolved by then, but it was a nice touch and was appreciated. Apparently they're right on top of all the things. I'd recommend Kay, and Sun, to anyone in the Bay Area. More

When I left the dealership with my new car, I was very satisfied. I enjoyed the ride home, and the car was very pleasant to drive. The problem began when an item that was missing from the car at the time satisfied. I enjoyed the ride home, and the car was very pleasant to drive. The problem began when an item that was missing from the car at the time of purchase it was not replaced. I was told that I had to speak to Noah in financing to get this. I made three calls to Noah staying on hold for 35 minutes at one time. I never did get to speak to him so I left a negative review. First thing this morning I received a call from General manager, Mark S choals as well as Kay Parris; my sales person. At the time of purchase K was wonderful and treated me extremely well. Mark called to get the issue of the missing part resolved, which he did. I then received a call from Michelle a manager at the dealership who made demands that the dealership would satisfy me only after our I would change the rating to a five. I called Mark back and he immediately resolve the issue. Hole in all the experience was positive the actual sale went better than I expected and I would recommend my friends to Sun Toyota. More

Shining light is sales person Kay Parris. ...amazing and easy to deal with great communication.....downfall....all vehicles pictured online are always dirty...would help to detail them prior t ...amazing and easy to deal with great communication.....downfall....all vehicles pictured online are always dirty...would help to detail them prior to posting pics...makes it look like a buy here pay here....even the audi I just purchased needed help....engine bay was totally filthy and wasn't cleaned prior to putting on the lot. Kay was patient and explained everything so well about the two cars I test drove, she was warm and answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained each step in the purchasing and trade in process.
