I feel like I had a better relationship with the previous GM but I brought my car I. For service last week. 2018 sq5 with 23k had the 40k service done. I grabbed Audi care so the service was covered. Needed new rear brakes and a tire rotation but the car drives like a dream. My service advisor was dan Latin. Was easy to work with. Communicated via email mostly. Ask for a senior tech at any dealership. The tech that worked on my car has been working on Audis for 30+ years. I believe that makes a difference. Happy motoring ! More

I called Stephanie regarding a 2020 Q8 in a particular color/spec. She was researching it and trying to find it. Mr Impatient (me) found one at another dealership in Connecticut. I was ready to make the deal when like a Super hero Kayla called me and jumped into action and put together a deal that was a 2021 for the same money and a lot more convenient, and closer. Stephanie went through the vehicle with us and explained this tech savvy machine throughout. We picked up the car in three days and my wife is thrilled. Thanks ladies, and Audi of Brookline!!! More

And I stayed and due to having been "at home" for the past 12 weeks was delighted with the door to door service from Stephanie Bagu and Kayla 's search for just the right car. Stephanie Bagu never tired of my questions..delivered the new car to my home, came back with a smile and a clipboard of papers..walked me through anything that I was unfamiliar with and was the answer to my needs at all times during this transaction .and with her help I was able to actually send copies of important papers via texts.. All in all she erased any anxiety I might have had during this very new way of leasing a car.. This is my 8th Audi and the best service. More
