Unbelivable I spoke with several people there about a car they had and let them know I was over two hours away. After getting an email confirmation the night befo I spoke with several people there about a car they had and let them know I was over two hours away. After getting an email confirmation the night before I was supposed to see the car I took the day off of work. I then had conversations with two people the morning before I headed down. About 2 hours into my ride they called to tell me they couldn't find the car. What a complete joke!! I wouldn't get a car here if they paid me. More

Another Great HC Experience at Audi Brookline During my busy schedule, I started looking for a larger car for my wife but really didn’t have enough time to spend at dealerships. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts, I switched brands and started looking into the Audi Q7, very glad I did. While it wasn’t our first choice, we are convinced now that it is a much better fit for our needs than we thought. The style and ride are top notch and while not all vehicles are perfect, other than the lack of any center console, this vehicle had the least compromises for us. I have purchased cars exclusively with Herb Chambers for more than 25 years. Like most people I know, buying a car can be a painful experience. That is why I tend to stick with the same brands and salespeople unless they don’t have something I want. Steve Boston at MB Natick, Chris Anslono at HC BMW (service dept), Ian Miller, Melissa Steffy and others. Even if I was looking for a different make, I could always count on their recommendations and help if I was going to another HC dealership. These relationships have made buying cars from HC a great experience. When I contacted Audi of Brookline, I initial spoke to Kayla DiPaolo and within a few minutes I knew she was one of those special individuals as the people I mentioned earlier. They had a car I was interested in, I took it for a quick ride, they appraised my trade and then made me an offer that was very aggressive and earned my business on the spot. My sales person, Chris Garvin, who came on after I agreed to the deal, was extremely knowledgeable and a great help getting me through the purchase and delivery process. They even did a few extra unexpected things after the sale just to say thanks for your business. Well done Audi of Brookline. More

She made me go from Audi Buyer to Audi Family Member! After checking out 6 other Audi dealers in and around Boston, 2 friends of mine and I went to Audi Brookline on a Sunday afternoon to cross it out of After checking out 6 other Audi dealers in and around Boston, 2 friends of mine and I went to Audi Brookline on a Sunday afternoon to cross it out of our list of Dealers contacted. Till then, none of the dealers had been interested to sit down with us and simply help us find the cars we were looking for. In fact, the closest match dealer / sales associate that came in to our radar actually suggested we DO NOT come to the Showroom on a Sunday as he was very busy and the staff was inadequate. Well, you snooze you LOOSE. Three friends walked out of Audi Brookline at 9pm on Sunday (dealership closes at 5pm) with 3 Q7s reserved for us that closely matched our dream cars, with an absolutely dreamy deal to boot. Mr. Raphael Ortiz, Audi Brand Consultant, was the most mature sales person we had encountered till date. Fulfilling such a deal was not easy for the dealership and there were a few moments of stress and tension in the next two weeks... something a little more communication and proactive customer services may have mitigated a lot. But regardless, my particular needs were met and exceeded by a long margin by Ms. Kayla DiPaolo, Sales Manager - who personally ensured that every interaction since the day of reserving the car were with me directly and delivered exactly as committed. She ensured we closed an updated deal within my comfort zone, paperwork took less than 15min from the moment i walked into the dealership, and delivery happened on the day I was promised. This is my second Audi and my first Audi purchase was from a terrible dealership in another state. So I was all for switching to a Benz... but Kayla made it amply clear why Audi owners truly feel like Audi family members. I have been riding my Audi Q7 3.0 Prestige model for a month now and I cannot tell you how much satisfaction I get just by thinking of the next time I will get to drive it... Brookline dealership is almost a 40min drive from my place but given the experience, i will love to continue my interaction with the agency through service and possibly, the next upgrade as well! Communication was awesome, he didn't oversell, and went above and beyond with my car delivery. I'm so thrilled with my new Q7. Overall, such a painless, pleasant experience. Now I'm driving a dreamy new car. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience and I've had MANY! I also should mention my interaction with the finance manager, Kayla. She was super sweet. Felt like a friend right away and overall made the financial part almost fun! She was also very knowledgeable and personable. More
