A car purchase is a lar Purchasing a car can be a daunting task, and finding the right dealer (who is a good fit for you) can be a lengthy experience. A car purchase is a large investment and feeling comfortable (and not pressured) with a car dealer was very important for me. As soon as I contacted Audi Brookline, I knew I had made the right choice. Their staff, in my opinion, is second to none. They treated me with the utmost professionalism from the day I first contacted them to the completion of our transaction. I got the sense that their staff truly cared about the customer and was willing to work diligently to make sure I was truly satisfied with the experience of purchasing a car, Everyone from my initial contact (Bethany Juneau) to Chris Garvin, Chris Sanner, and Kayla DiPaolo, made the experience completely comfortable and enjoyable. I am extremely happy with my Q5 purchase and will be back when its time to purchase my next Audi. More

He finding my want/need of a CPO 2015 intro'd me to the used vehicle manager (Darin) and we talked about the car on the lot. Gathered my senses and left for the weekend. came back and secured the deal at my interest rate (there was a special on the interest rate from Audi ) Kayla worked thru the numbers and all set to go. will be picking up the car with the wife even after they offed to drop off to my house More

Want an Audi? Look No Further than Audi Brookline. Worked with Chris Garvin in sales, Mike Espey on negotiation and Kayla on the paperwork. Ultimately bought a 2017 Q7 Prestige. They were friendly, not pretentious like some luxury brand dealers, and extremely knowledgeable. Chris was amazing. From the first day I met him he immediately focused on what I wanted (specific color and optons). He didn't try to sell me something else. He setup a great test drive and knew everything about this just released, brand new model. We initially couldn't come to the right numbers to make the sale, but he was so cordial and good about it. I walked that day but the sales manager, Mike and I ultimately made a deal over a short time that worked for both of us. As with any car purchase, negotiation was the biggest challenge but it was a professional, non-condescending process. On delivery, Mike spent a few hours with me going over the setup and features of the car and creating my new Audi services account for the Care and Connect support features. He made sure I completely understood how to handle this incredibly advanced Q7. I highly recommend Chris Garvin and Audi Brookline. And the new Q7 is one incredible vehicle. Very pleased. More

Great Experience! I previously dealt with two other Audi dealerships before contacting Audi Brookline. The two other Audi dealerships fit the bill of the stereotypes a I previously dealt with two other Audi dealerships before contacting Audi Brookline. The two other Audi dealerships fit the bill of the stereotypes associated with the car buying experience: high pressure sales tactics, lack of transparency, and lies. One dealership told me that Audi doesn't negotiate price and the General Manager at the other dealership backed out of a deal after I kept asking questions which they never answered in the first place. Given the frustrating experience at the other two dealerships I was ready to stay with BMW but Audi Brookline was able to lure me away. I sent an email to Audi Brookline asking about an A7 they had in stock. Within a few minutes, David McBride, the Internet Manager, responded to my inquiry with all the information that I had asked for. He even ran a couple of financing scenarios for me as well and this was at 9pm. David never gave me the typical email response "let's setup a time when you can come down to the dealership to look at the car and discuss pricing". David gave me the best pricing upfront and provided me all the information through email. All the past 4 cars that I have purchased were from dealerships that weren't afraid to provide me pricing through email. The following day I went to look at the car. I met David and was also greeted by Mike Espey who is the Sales Manager, Mike reviewed the proposal with me and I agreed to the numbers. Kayla DiPaolo was my assigned sales person/brand specialist and she did an amazing job teaching me about the car and getting me setup with all the tech features of the car. Even after the sale, she came through for me since I noticed the cargo net that was supposed to come with the car was missing. I emailed her and the cargo net was delivered the next day. Kayla is great! I also dealt with Miguel in Finance who was took the time to explain all the numbers to me. I signed the paperwork and agreed to meet with their DMV runner the next day to take delivery of the car. I had the pleasure to meet John, their DMV runner, who is one of the nicest person you could meet. The DMV was exceptionally slow that day but the conversations with John made the time fly by. The entire experience at Audi Brookline was hassle free, no games from the initial email to post sale, and dare I say pleasurable. Audi corporate should send the other Audi dealerships here for training. More

I was a little nervous since I don't know a lot about cars and was shopping alone. I was introduced to Kayla DiPaulo and liked her immediately. She was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I never once felt pressured into making a purchase by Kayla, or anyone else from the Audi staff. Customer service is a priority to their team and both Kayla and her manager Tony, did everything in their power to accommodate my budget and needs. They build rapport with their customers effortlessly. I leased an Audi Q5 from them and am thrilled with it!
