So this is my second time going. Both were bad experiences. Both times I made appointments for simple oil changes. 1st time took 2 1/2 hrs and recently they got it down to 2 hours. Why have appoin experiences. Both times I made appointments for simple oil changes. 1st time took 2 1/2 hrs and recently they got it down to 2 hours. Why have appointments if you don't keep a bay reserved for only appointments? Was going here because it's a dealer shop for my make of car. However after a second chance, I won't be back. More

I’ve had better service from other Hyundai dealers, but this one is within close proximity of my home and convenient to avoid a long drive plus wait. They’re customer service has definitely improved, but I this one is within close proximity of my home and convenient to avoid a long drive plus wait. They’re customer service has definitely improved, but I still think it needs work. I also find that they’re not consistent in what they sell; one visit you need breaks (which I alway get a second opinion for stuff like that) and next visit their telling me I’m good (and I haven’t even done work to the breaks they recommended needed changing at the previous visit). It all depends on who you meet. Some sell harder than others and you get to know the advisors that will push a service to make a buck and another that won’t. Will keep supporting my local Brandon Hyundai Service spot, as long as they trend on improvement. More
