I’ll start with the good, the salesman, Keondre, was well informed and easy to work with getting me into my new 2026 RX350, give him a raise! Unfortunately, the deal went south when we started working with their used car manager, who was aggressive and ultimately rude throughout the purchase of my 2023 Porsche Macan GTS. After a very aggressive attempt to get me to agree to his terms of purchase, $68,000, they now have listed over $80,000 on their website; despite this $12,000 profit, the manager was clear: all he could throw in was floor mats, otherwise he’d pull the deal. Regretfully, I went through with the purchase as they had the car I wanted on the lot. It gets worse from there as over the next month they fumbled around with documentation, the certificate of origin I recieved was marked “duplicate”, the dealer failed to inform me that they misplaced the original. Without the original certificate of origin, I was not able to register my car with state or receive the title for my purchased vehicle. In fact, I was given multiple temporary tags as the period exceeded 30 days after purchase, despite them having the title for my trade in sitting on their lot. Overall, an absolute disaster, RUN and I mean fast from this dealer. More
