I traveled over six hours to purchase a vehicle after being provided a written deal sheet. Upon arrival, the terms of the deal were materially different from what was presented beforehand. After leaving being provided a written deal sheet. Upon arrival, the terms of the deal were materially different from what was presented beforehand. After leaving and returning, the dealership adjusted the numbers but still required a $5,000 “Advantage” package, which they stated could not be removed. As an out-of-state buyer, I was informed that this package was not usable, yet I was still required to pay for it. I was specifically told that part of this package included a vehicle tracking device that was already installed, which was cited as the reason it could not be removed from the pricing. Due to the late hour and darkness at the time of delivery, I did not conduct a full visual inspection, relying on the dealership’s representations. After transporting the vehicle home and inspecting it in daylight, I observed the following issues: • Adhesive residue on the windshield, which upon removal revealed a crack • Scratches on the windshield consistent with worn or improperly maintained wiper blades • One interior door panel that does not match the others • Deteriorating or loose trim around the windshield • The vehicle exterior was excessively dirty, consistent with prolonged outdoor storage I later requested information regarding the tracking device. After multiple follow-ups and a delay of one to two weeks, I was instructed to download an associated application. The application was unable to locate the vehicle by VIN. After further inquiry, I was informed that the tracking device had never been installed on the vehicle, despite being represented as already installed at the time of sale. This constitutes a misrepresentation of included equipment. The dealership has declined to offer any remediation or assistance regarding the vehicle condition or the undisclosed absence of the advertised equipment. Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

I've always had good experiences with Steve Rayman - being and service - until my last servicing. So far, the repairs have been good but the dealing with my service advisor was horrible. You know repair being and service - until my last servicing. So far, the repairs have been good but the dealing with my service advisor was horrible. You know repairs at a dealership with be more expensive but you expect them to be honest and knowledgeable. Aside from the fact that my vehicle was kept for a week, my service advisor not only gave me misinformation he also lied about the events. I saw my repair cost go from $1200 for the inspection to $2500 to $3400 then to $4800. He or the technician gave me the price for the wrong parts, he told me my suv would be ready soon when they didn't even have the parts in stock and he falsely fabricated a conversation that we never had. The service director did deduct some of the cost after I told her about my disappointment with the dishonest dealings with my advisor. If I ever return to Steve Rayman it will be because of the shortage of dealerships in the area. More

The service in regards to communication, registration, and overall delinquency. I was on the market to buy a new car after I crashed my previous on. The Sales personel were good. It was the ladies in the back office that didn't care, didn't know or a combination of the two that left this experience a regrettable on. Delia In specific would rarely ever pick up a call or return a call. My paperwork was messed up by them multiple times, I paid for car insurance for multiple months due to this (all of which was bought to their attention). In the end they did register it, still incorrectly because they didn't transfer my plates. They always told me the manager wasn't there. I wouldn't suggest you buy there unless you already have friends or family working there, you have a chance of being treated decently then. More

I purchased a car from this dealership in July and was told I would receive a six-month warranty. Julian, the salesperson, assured me that I could visit any Car Bravo dealership for service if needed. Whe told I would receive a six-month warranty. Julian, the salesperson, assured me that I could visit any Car Bravo dealership for service if needed. When I tried to do so, the other dealership had no record of this warranty. I reached out multiple times to both Julian and his manager, Dilla, and was told they would call me back — but I never heard from either of them. I even contacted the general manager’s secretary, who also promised to call me back. It’s now been weeks, and still no one has followed up. It seems like they work hard to make a sale, but once you’ve purchased the car, they completely ignore you. I even saw another customer upset about being given false promises while I was there. I truly regret buying a car from this dealership. If you’re considering it — don’t do it. More

Avoid Steve Rayman Chevrolet This July I purchased a certified used vehicle from Steve Rayman Chevrolet and the experience has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. From the very beginning, th certified used vehicle from Steve Rayman Chevrolet and the experience has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. From the very beginning, the sales staff pressured me heavily while repeatedly claiming "we aren't high pressure" during my test drive. I was only willing to leave a deposit that day, yet the sales tactics were aggressive and misleading. When I later checked the online listing, I discovered that the advertised price was supposed to include taxes and fees. This was not honored during our initial negotiations. Only after I returned angry and insisted on clarification did they reduce the price by $1,500. You need to print and save every advertised price and make them commit to honoring it, or you will likely pay far more than expected. Even then, the purchase process was chaotic. The finance department claimed the General Motors system was down, and I did not receive confirmation that paperwork was ready until 6 PM the day before completing the sale. After finally taking delivery, within 24 hours the check engine light came on. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I found the air intake hose completely disconnected. The dipstick showed zero oil and there was a small leak under the car. This is not normal wear and tear. It is a serious safety and mechanical issue. The dealership initially agreed to tow the car back, but it took hours of calls and voicemails just to get a tow scheduled. The issues did not stop there. The following week a headlight went out, requiring another repair visit. Today my temporary tag expired because the dealership failed to process my registration in a timely manner and no one in their registration department answers the phone. This is completely unacceptable and puts customers at risk of citations or legal trouble. I was charged a $999 documentation fee, which is on the high end of standard fees for processing paperwork at most dealerships. It is crazy to charge such a high fee and still fail to process documents and registration on time. This dealership only takes action when you are physically present. I have had to make six separate trips just to get anything done. Steve Rayman Chevrolet shows a clear pattern of misrepresentation, unsafe vehicles, and poor customer service. Even if the car is fixed, the repeated problems, high fees, and lack of accountability make this dealership completely untrustworthy. I have been put in a state of anxiety over and over again. If you value your safety, time, and money, stay far away from Steve Rayman Chevrolet. More

Negative Three stars. AVOID this Dealership at all cost. DO NOT purchase from this place. Take your business elsewhere. Trust this review. Save your time and money. This i AVOID this Dealership at all cost. DO NOT purchase from this place. Take your business elsewhere. Trust this review. Save your time and money. This is coming from a recent buyer . My experience from the start up until now has been worse than Horrible. They lack communication , you can never get in touch with anyone, and they also sold me a car with bad brakes and rotors. From the jump, it has been a hassle through financing and customer service. Worst managers. Purchased a 25,000.00 car with bad brakes and scratches on the paint. Had the brakes inspected after having the car for few weeks because I noticed the car was making a whistling noise when I stopped . Come to find out that they were in bad shape before I received the car. Informed the manager about it after I’ve already gone through a horrible experience purchasing the car and he wouldn’t/ couldn’t do anything about it. I can literally write a whole three paragraph essay on my horrible experience with Steve Rayman Chevrolet. Please DO NOT , DO not purchase from this place. You won’t regret it. More
