Found a truck online, went to look at it, found it to be in good condition and did the paperwork to buy it. This process went well. It was downhill after that. I start making the drive out, I get a call say in good condition and did the paperwork to buy it. This process went well. It was downhill after that. I start making the drive out, I get a call saying that while it was in service they knocked the mirror off. Which they replaced, but with a manual one instead of the powered type it was suppose to be. Luckily I caught it before I left. When I went to pick it up, the front right tire was also low on air. Was told they just didn’t fill it to the right amount. That was not a truthful answer because it’s still leaking through the valve stem and only stays full for a couple days. Since I live out of state, a made the trip back in the truck to my home and upon arrival, noticed oil sprayed all under the truck, clear to the rear axle. Upon further investigation, found oil leaking around the area where the front engine seal should be. Looking at the amount of oil on my driveway and under the truck, I checked the oil level, and found it to be much higher than it should be, about 1.5 times what should be in it. Not sure what it started out at when I picked up the truck since it looks like a lot leaked out. Was basically told I’m on my own for taking care of the repair and getting the seal fixed, even though they overfilled it which probably increased the pressure blowing out the seal. I took a bunch of photos under the truck before I bought it, and no oil leak can be seen, but the service manager told me they found the seal leak during the inspection of the truck and decided not to fix it. And even if it was you would think they would say something to you if you were buying the truck. I am positive it wasn’t leaking before and have the before and after photos to support that claim. I’m not sure if it’s worth pushing further to get remedied since the dealer is just going to be dishonest anyhow. I would not trust the service department and if you choose to go to this dealer, know that after the deal is done, they don’t really care for the customer service. More

He sold me a new GMC Sierra, but he never once mentioned it's a 4 cylinder. Every nice and cordial behavior went out the door when I came home and found out I have been lied to.
