Excellent purchase experience I initiated my search for a new 2017 Subaru Forrester while living overseas. Beard Subaru was outstanding to work with, and I would particularly call I initiated my search for a new 2017 Subaru Forrester while living overseas. Beard Subaru was outstanding to work with, and I would particularly call out Keith Bertrand who answered all my questions quickly and completely, quoted a very competitive price below invoice, and didnt do any of that nonsense like asking me to call on the phone or come in for a test drive. Everything was done on line and when I arrived stateside the vehicle was ready, exactly as promised. Once in the dealership, Keith introduced me to Will Tormey in sales who was also excellent to work with (he answered any final questions I had about the vehicle). Highly recommended. More

The caring professionals bring me back, again and again. I have been using Beard Subaru since I moved to Cape Cod in 2011. I have been especially impressed with the personal approach them have had to me whe I have been using Beard Subaru since I moved to Cape Cod in 2011. I have been especially impressed with the personal approach them have had to me when I bring my car in. The new service manager, Jennifer Brissell, has added a new friendly atmosphere in the service department and seems to be very interested in seeing that the customer is well served. I have also found the sales staff to be honest and available and helpful, and when I am ready to buy a replacement for my Subaru, I will be happy to deal with this team of Keith and George. More

I requested a quote for a Crosstrek XT Premium from several area dealers. Beard's price was the lowest. Initially they did not offer me a very good price for my trade-in, a 2005 Outback, but after a several area dealers. Beard's price was the lowest. Initially they did not offer me a very good price for my trade-in, a 2005 Outback, but after a little haggling, their offer came up to an acceptable level. If the invoice price given on the Edmunds site is correct, I got my Crosstrek for slightly under the invoice price, considering the options I chose. I've had the car a month and love it. I kayak and the crossbars were a little too close together for me to get the kayak tied down really securely. I called Beard yesterday and asked if I could stop in today to have them move the cross-bars and they said yes. I was out of there in about 10 minutes. I'm a very happy camper. More
