I always make an appointment thinking if I get in early I will get out early....not so. It didn't matter if I had one or not I was always the last to receive my car also I was supposed to be receiving update will get out early....not so. It didn't matter if I had one or not I was always the last to receive my car also I was supposed to be receiving updates via text message and again I had an appointment for 7am for recall only message I got was the initial one telling me the basic information my service advisor and so on.So as the day went by mind you I'm at work and waiting I get nothing so now it's almost 5pm I call and ask about my car the person said I've been sending you updates all morning didn't you get them...No so he checks and he had the numbers wrong. So you're texting someone else about my car but to top it all off now you tell me you couldn't do the recall because yall don't have the part.please get it together. More
