Communication with customers is lacking. A phone call update near the end of the day, a heads up that the driver quits at 4pm, the one who takes a customer call about work progress has the d A phone call update near the end of the day, a heads up that the driver quits at 4pm, the one who takes a customer call about work progress has the decency to find out that information and call customer back like they said. No accountability is a bad thing. Good thing I had time to deal with these issues. Some do not. How rude! More
