It's unfathomable to think people in this business are not warm to potential customers. I went to purchase vehicle there after doing my research on the internet when I arrived and entered the lobby no one not warm to potential customers. I went to purchase vehicle there after doing my research on the internet when I arrived and entered the lobby no one even acknowledged me; it felt like I was a beggar and I was only there for loose change. And one of them that came up to at the front desk didn't ask the purpose of my visit. After only exchanging a few words, explaining to him I was there to purchase that I took notice on the dealership website. He just walked away and went to fetch a black gentleman. I guess since I am black he wanted to pair me with another black person. It all seemed so backwards in this day and age. One positive feedback that I have is that the salesman was a very professional, well mannered individual, and came to find out he was a military veteran. Mr. Keith Brown was the only adult in the room that day and saving grace. Because I was close to leaving that day. The first impression indicated that I got felt like I wasn't appreciated and they didn't necessarily need my business. At least, they have one or two professionals there. My parents and I went here after experiencing less than ideal circumstances at other dealerships who wasted our time. When we were walking up, Keith greeted us and became our salesperson. He took his time and was very thorough with information and so helpful. He is now someone who has earned my "shout it from the rooftop" status to see him for a vehicle! The dealership is beautiful and very well maintained. We were very disappointed that we weren't able to purchase through him last night. He has already texted this morning with a vehicle that may just well work! We shall see. More

Easy to deal with, came in after looking at seven different brands and models and found out what I was comfortable with, especially with options. Lots of dealers are selling stripped down units in bl different brands and models and found out what I was comfortable with, especially with options. Lots of dealers are selling stripped down units in black or white and basic trim levels. Keith was very friendly, walked us through all the features and made sure the vehicle was squeaky clean when it was delivered. Trust me, it had a couple water spots he was not happy with and took it back unannounced (I hadn't noticed it myself). The whole dealer process took a hour from the time we walked in until me and the wife were back out the door. The CX5 (Limited) was quite sporty. I own a 2021 Honda Odyssey which i adore but pricing games turned me off, as well as inventory issues in the 5 ones i checked in Florida. I just dropped by Headquarter Mazda unannounced looking and they were on it, not one of these "take it or leave it" attitudes like many dealers have right now.
