I will paste it below so everyone knows how wonderful my experience was. I would like to take the opportunity to describe my experience at Walker Ford and my recent purchase. Let me start off by saying that owning a Mustang has been a dream of mine ever since I was a kid. While I would like to think that I am still rather young, Walker Ford helped make one of my life dreams come true and I could not be more pleased with the experience. I had visited a few Ford dealerships and a couple of used car dealers prior to my visit to Walker Ford. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Keith Cox. Throughout the next few hours of dealing with Keith, I felt like I was talking to a buddy of mine. Keith was not only passionate about Mustangs, but very informative. Before we even discussed pricing and financing, Keith wanted to make sure that I found the car I was looking for with the features that suited my best needs. Keith didn’t try to sell me every and any car that was on the lot, but instead took the time to help me find the right one. This is much appreciated from a consumer standpoint. I can’t tell you the number of times I had been pushed into a financing office before I even took a look at what was on the lot. This was one of the main aspects of car buying that caused me to walk away from so many dealers previously. In addition, the test drive experience that I had with Keith was like none other. Keith took the time to explain every feature, button, and gadget that the car had. I was thoroughly impressed. Most test drives consist of “give me your license and go around the block”. Call me crazy but before I even pulled the car off the lot, I felt like I had a special little bond with that specific car because of Keith’s thoroughness during the test drive. I would like to also thank the Manager and Financing department for a seamless process that night. I really felt like a kid at Christmas time. I have heard nightmare stories about car buying and also experienced a few myself and this was the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I am a strong believer in customer service. I hope that after reading this letter that Keith and the team at Walker Ford receive the accolades that they deserve. Not only have I been raving about my experience to my co-workers, but I expect to be back in the near future with my brother whose dream is also to own a mustang." More

Felt in love with a new Shelby GT350 and Keith worked with me for a few days until he made it happen. Keith even took his day off to go to the dealership and work on my desk.
