Upon setting up a test drive with very little notice from me, he took the time to answer technical questions concerning the newer safety features that I wasn't accustomed to. He clearly understood I was old school and not newer car electronic savy. He walked me thru all the features with ease. The new paperless purchasing process was also smooth and fast. I was able to complete the purchasing process in less than a hour without the pushyness of dealership add ons.
