I can honestly say that my experience with the guys at Luxury Warehouse has changed that outlook.Over the last month, I was looking for a specific vehicle within a 500 mile radius at a certain price point. Oddly enough, one turned up where I work in Hendersonville, TN at Luxury Warehouse. Keith Hert was extremely pleasant and laid back. The Truck did not have 2 features I really needed, but they were able to add those features at a reasonable cost and they made the deal very attractive. Based on KBB data, I got an excellent deal on the Truck. The best part was the overall service and low-pressure environment they have created at Luxury Warehouse. I highly recommend them!!! More

I had said to him that I needed to be assured that I could buy this vehicle sight unseen and that the vehicle would be all that they represented it to be. And I found all that to be true not only that he set me up with a company that would deliver the vehicle and they got it to me even quicker than what I was told and I'm just very very happy with the service and with everything that has to do with luxury Warehouse. As witness to the many conversations this particular couple encountered while looking to buy, it was refreshing to see -them- addressed and not myself (I'm not the one buying the vehicle). It can be a frustrating experience when communication involves multiple languages and this was the most comfortable by miles for the couple in our story. After they purchased the vehicle, one of the most important thoughts stressed was how differently they were treated from lot to lot and how Keith and Trent made them feel comfortable. That may not sound like a big thing, but as a professional that is often seen as an added challenge to a sale, these guys welcomed us in every professional manner one could want. The end result was an experience that should stand as example for what it is to be a quality sales professional. More
