Darius and Keith were the saving grace on this affair, the salesman was either preoccupied or confused. He offered a time for our appointment and then was a half hour late. During the sales portion the the salesman was either preoccupied or confused. He offered a time for our appointment and then was a half hour late. During the sales portion the salesman disappeared and took calls several times. We drove the car for a bit and decided to get it. The salesman gave me the second set of keys, but they were for a different vehicle, a green one. Keith worked the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Darius went over the details of the vehicles operation and setups very well. We were there for eight hours to get it completed that evening. Then two days later I discovered the salesman had done all the paperwork on a different vehicle (an SL) and we tested, agreed on and had a platinum version in our garage! The serial numbers didn’t match so we went back. Keith worked the magic to make it right. I was pleased with the dealership other than the distracted salesman. More

Apparently some confusion on the part of the salesman, he seemed distracted during the sale. It took over 8 hours and didn’t offer a drink until it was all over. The salesman suggested the appointment time, then was a half hour late. He was leaving and talking on the phone quite a bit. The second key he gave us was for a different vehicle altogether. Two days later I realized the vehicle in the loan, the insurance and the title was not the vehicle we tested, agreed to buy and had in our garage. The management was very apologetic and changed everything over to the vehicle we had which was a more expensive model than the one on the paperwork at no cost. I commend the dealership for their handling of the situation and recommend them to anyone. More
