In over 20 years we have only had four different service advisors and actually like to be able to get to know who to call if there is a question or need service, that's what I like about Ettleson, same for the salesmen always deal with the same. Excited at Ettleson! My lease was expiring on my older Cadillac and we went to look at options for a new lease. There were so many choices. I was shown the cars in which My lease was expiring on my older Cadillac and we went to look at options for a new lease. There were so many choices. I was shown the cars in which I was interested and drove away in my new Cadillac XT4...I love it. The transition moved along smoothly and that was very much appreciated. The entire experience was most enjoyable. By the way....did I mention that I love my new car!!! More
