Hello to all! Im not sure where to begin or end with this! VERY recently me and my fiancé was shopping for a tahoe or suburban... we found a 2014 gmc denali come a Im not sure where to begin or end with this! VERY recently me and my fiancé was shopping for a tahoe or suburban... we found a 2014 gmc denali come across our screen looking for a used tahoe and clicked on it to find it at Rob sight ford. So the next day she called and spoke to keith as he answered the incoming call! So she asked him a few things and he was very pushy for info so she hung up! 2 hours later we show up to test drive and we tried acting like we never called because Keith was already pushy..... so another young sales man had come to meet us and we were very pleased with this young man as he held his head high and proudly went and got the keys and the car for us to drive! As we got back and walked inside Keith of all people was right there to meet us.... JUST SO EVERYONE iIS AWARE KEITH IS SET IN HIS WAYS AND DOESN'T HOLD HIS HEAD HIGH AT ALL.HE IS ALWAYS LOOKING DOWN BECAUSE HE IS WELL READ ON...... anways we set down and she did the paper work because this vehicle was going in her name and she wanted to do it on her own.. so proud of her... this is at 5:30pm at night. 5:35 Keith walks back to our table and says- we cant get the deal done tonight the banks are closed..... like ok. I ask Keith can we please get the list of banks they used as we would like to call them. He walks away and 10 mins comes back well i got good and bad news. Ok lets hear it. He says well capital one will do the deal but they want 8600.00 down... ON A 20,000 vehicle. Lmao. So he said look we are about to close i will call you in the morning after i have my financial department call and talk to some banks.JUST SO EVERYONE IS AWARE THEY NEVER RAN HER CREDIT UNTIL I ASKED FOR THE BANKS! Lmao ok like ok.... and well Keith never called!!!!!! Keith never called! So she called and spoke to keith and he said 8600.00 down or we cant do the deal. I said ok lets go up there and so we did and we pull in and walk in at 11am and never greeted at all! So we found a guy and askes for keith! Here comes keith and so he ask what we are doing . We said we are here to buy the denali he says look kids the deal is the deal 8600.00 down! We said no we talked to capital one and they said 3900.00 down he said no way so he went back and they made us wait 2 hours to come and say we didnt have the proper paperwork! So we went and grabbed lunch and called capital one. They said all the dealship has to do is submit your documents! So we went back they - keith and the ifinancial manager- told us we have to sumbit that ourselves lmao like what in the fu$# is going on here???? So we called back and a guy from capital one walked us thru how to get them the paper work and so we did and they called us and said go get your car all is approved and have your down payment ready! We said thank you and we will! So we went to the dealership walked in and here we go mr bada$$ bonlookong gunny Kieth walks up and said look kids this deal just aint going to happen im sorry but the banks want to much money down! I spoke up and said no keith the deal is done sign the paperwork! With disbelief he walks to the finance office and they made us wait 45 mins to habe us walk in there tomsign for her car! My point to all this is yes we have bad credit and yes we dont look like we have money but honestly we had cash 20,000 to buy it in our pockets but we decided to turn the no into a yessss and have them finance the car lmao because they told us no. Keith is horrible and so is the finance department they should be fired and never allowed to sell cars ever again now rob sight ford i drive a 2009 ford f150 and was going to trade my truck for a 2018 you all had anyways i willmtake my business to another dealership or purchase from anindividual. Dont say sorry! Just know your employees need some reviews by the owner himself! Rob sight ford can do better and i hope they do but this was the worst experience ever! We ordered a new Explorer knowing that it would take some time considering supply chain issues and such. The folks at Rob Sight were very honest about the time it would take and did a great job keeping us up time considering supply chain issues and such. We finished the paperwork today and they did a great job explaining the documents and what options we had. We have bought many cars over the last 30 years and this may have been the easiest, no pressure process of them all. I won’t buy a Ford anywhere else. More
