Disappointed Recently had a scheduled service and inspection. When I arrived I was told they didnt have me on their schedule even though I had set appointment 3 we Recently had a scheduled service and inspection. When I arrived I was told they didnt have me on their schedule even though I had set appointment 3 weeks in advance. They squeezed me in to do my inspection and oil change plus tire rotation. After leaving I noticed they didnt put a new sticker for my next oil change. Later (this is my wifes car) she noticed no washer fluid. So basically we're not even sure they did the oil change as no sticker and no fluid levels capped off. The service center is too small and over booked. Had always been satisfied previously however this experience has me rethinking if I should find another dealer. More

Easy to work with My husband and I wanted a larger family vehicle and decided to check out Toothman Ford because we had purchased from them before and we were happy wit My husband and I wanted a larger family vehicle and decided to check out Toothman Ford because we had purchased from them before and we were happy with the service they provided. They were easy to work with and even stayed late to finish the transaction. We highly recommend working with Keith as he does not push a sale on you. He gave us valuable input and was very upfront with us, which we liked. We also worked with other gentlemen here and they were the same way, but Keith was who we purchased from. So far we have been happy with our two vehicles we’ve purchased from Toothman Ford and will likely return to them in the future. More

Bad Experience , Used Truck sale Drove in from out of town, made appointment ahead of time, had call to confirm we were still coming night prior, and morning of appointment. Arrived Drove in from out of town, made appointment ahead of time, had call to confirm we were still coming night prior, and morning of appointment. Arrived and inspected the truck thoroughly and test drove it, discovered a couple of mechanical issues. One being exhaust manifold issue. As soon as this fault was mentioned to the sales guy and sales manager, they then acknowledged the issue and claimed that the truck was due in for service the next week.. repair is an 8 hour job. but yet it was for sale and they knew I came from 7 hours away. Would have been a known issue. This dealership clearly did not want to sell to us after this issue was discovered...hoping an out of town buyer would be a yes buyer and therefore do not disclose facts in the hope a buyer will accept sub par vehicle... ask all questions up front.... also surface rust over sprayed during detailing too.... More
