We are very glad that you have brought this situation to our attention because it gives us an opportunity to respond. First, not at any point in time did anyone lie to you regarding the vehicle you were purchasing, the very first page of the carfax right next to where you signed your name acknowledging the condition of the vehicle, states the reported damage to the vehicle with Carfax's picture indicating damage plain to see. Second, you asked to take the vehicle to your own mechanic in order to get it checked out and reviewed, and we obliged, and you did. Third, we gave you a chance to return the vehicle if you were not satisfied, up to 48 hours after the purchase of the said vehicle. We have proper documentation as well as email conversations with you regarding this situation. Furthermore, calling us liars and crooks after we gave you the needed information and gave you the opportunity to return the vehicle is not only a lie but also classless and frankly, it is a defamation of our character. We went above and beyond to be transparent in your purchase as we do with all of our customers. Having seen your false claim and our response, I feel really good that potential customers reading this review will feel completely comfortable buying their car here.

Actually, I was lied to. I was told a false story about the condition of the car. You have my signature on documentS that were NOT PROVIDED TO ME in my closing documents. I have no idea whether those documents are real or fake. I also was not shown any details of the carfax saying that the car had been badly damaged, and the airbags deployed(which by the way a mechanic can not see). You do have emails, but so do I. I have emails from an employee of yours saying that it is your common practice to only have your customers sign the front of a carfax, basically admitting that you don’t feel you have to show them the whole thing. Even when I explained my situation to your employee and asked for a copy of the carfax, he only gave me the first page. He was still trying to cover up that the car had been wrecked to the extend that it had. A small wreck with a vehicle and an airbag being deployed are two totally different things. I would have never purchased a car knowing the airbags had been deployed. I’m also glad you had a chance to respond. Your customers have gotten to see you attack the character of a woman who is just trying to make sure she doesn’t lose money that she works hard for. To anybody who is reading this, take another look at that response to me. Is that the kind of customer service you want from someone you trust to sell you a car?? I was lied to. I was cheated out of my hard earned money. I do not feel that there was anything transparent about the transaction, but that I was taken advantage of. What is “classless” is lying to customers who spent $90k with you all in one day and then attacking their character for it. I have spent a month talking to your dealership trying to get this straight. I gave plenty of opportunity for you guys to right this wrong before I started posting my story. I even told you guys that I was going to start telling my story if you didn’t make it right!!
