The process to turn over your vehicle and have it serviced is very efficient. The only suggestion I have - when the vehicle is ready to be turned back over to the owner, have it parked in an area where they can get in and pull right out. I had to turn my F-150 pick up truck around in a very tight area in order to drive off the lot.
