Great customer service and able to communicate effectively. The only issue is that sometimes they don’t have the part or parts in stock and have to wait for it to be shipped and have to reschedule effectively. A few months ago I had an appointment with them to get a recall fixed on my vehicle and when I showed up they were unable to do it due to the systems being down. I happened to have an appointment in French recall fixed on my vehicle and when I showed up they were unable to do it due to the systems being down. I happened to have an appointment in French Camp and called them to see if they could do it on this day since I'd already be in the area. They were able to squeeze me in even though they were fully booked. On top of that my earlier appointment got finished early so I just went straight to Kia and they ended up finishing my vehicle before my actual appointment. I have used two other Kia dealerships near me but they have all let me down. Kia Country's Service Dept never has and that's why I keep going back More

If this is based purely on the sales experience it would be 1 star. The first sales consultant and I came to a deal, told me everything would be ready when I came back with a check the next day. Unfortun be 1 star. The first sales consultant and I came to a deal, told me everything would be ready when I came back with a check the next day. Unfortunately he failed to pass any of this to his co workers or managers. No one knew what was going on when I showed up, had to go over everything again. Car was showed to me and I was told it would be cleaned up while I was doing paperwork. Came out of finance and car was still dirty with glue left on all the windows from the stickers, car was not washed, windows were dirty, I was given the key and the sales consultant walked away. I was not informed of any information on the car, no one went over the kia certified info, nothing. The only person that seemed to care a little was the finance person. Overall very disappointing I tried to keep my money local, but after this I'll drive a little further at least maybe they will wash the car.... More
