The dealership is expensive (for parts and labor). I don’t like that I can’t talk to the mechanic one on one and have to speak through a service advisor. My service advisor was kind but didn’t act lik I don’t like that I can’t talk to the mechanic one on one and have to speak through a service advisor. My service advisor was kind but didn’t act like he was really listening to me and it took him a week to even call me back to give me my cars diagnosis. The customer service department is very unprofessional. Many things about this dealership make me wonder if this would be my last visit here! More

The service area was a terrible experience due to lack of good customer service. From the time I came in I had to requested everything I needed although I booked an appointment in advance. A simple oil cha good customer service. From the time I came in I had to requested everything I needed although I booked an appointment in advance. A simple oil change took nearly four hours. I had to ask several times what was the status of my car while other customers, of whom I inquired of and found out her appointment was before mine, received updates on the statue of their cars. Keith, who was in charge of the processing was away from his desk almost an hour. I used the text message feature as well to see the status of my car, to to which there was no response. If I wasn’t persistent with asking the status of my vehicle, I’m sure I would have waited even longer. More
