I Love Tom's Ford and you will too!! My aunt and uncle recommended Debbie a few years ago when I needed a new car, and then INSISTED that I utilize her services. I had never gotten a new My aunt and uncle recommended Debbie a few years ago when I needed a new car, and then INSISTED that I utilize her services. I had never gotten a new car before, and I was super nervous and not even sure that I would qualify. 3 years later at the end of my lease, I couldn't imagine going through anyone else. She is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about her cars. She is patient and even allowed my 4 y/o daughter to follow her around and even entertained her. So far with her advice on which car suits me best she is 2/2, and she always gets me an amazing deal. I love Ford cars and will continue to request her expertise in the future, and would suggest to anyone else that they should, too! My family has purchased 5 or 6 cars from her thus far, and we are always satisfied. She isn't just a great, patient, HONEST, and caring salesperson; she is a family friend!! In addition, I found Keith and Enrico to be very amiable and helpful. Keith was funny and very efficient with the tedious paperwork (get the tire plan bc it pays for itself)and he helped me save money (yay), and Enrico went above and beyond to help me outside with my new car and that is def not part of his job. All in all Tom's Ford deserves a 10/10, and all my future business. More

I will continue getting my Fords at Tom's Ford. Rod Anderson and Keith Ozut got the job done with zero nonsense. Rod knew exactly what I wanted when I was shopping for my Focus back in 2012 and aga Rod Anderson and Keith Ozut got the job done with zero nonsense. Rod knew exactly what I wanted when I was shopping for my Focus back in 2012 and again last week when I picked up my Escape. Keith put together a good deal both times. More

Tom's Ford first earned my respect with their excellent service team -Denis in particular-his exceptional attitude led my to make a promise I gladly kept. That promise was that when I gave up my beloved Mustang and, buy my next Ford-Tom's Ford was the one for me. Fast forward to this week and I have enjoyed a fair trade on my mustang and a nice deal on a Ford Escape. All delivered with a smile and professional, haggle free attitude from my salesman Matt- That was my long winded review- Here's the quick version Tom's Ford is one of the best consumer experiences I have had in a long while.... No games, no hard sell, they are extremely attentive and they are genuinely interested in helping you get what you want. I work in customer service and we always talk about treating people like family but Matt and Enrico really embody that principle. They made the experience the best I've ever had getting a new vehicle and I believe that they genuinely care about their guests. If every dealership was like this one, people wouldn't dread the process of getting a new vehicle - other dealerships could learn a thing or two from these folks! I encourage anyone looking for a new vehicle to go to Tom's. I wish I had come here years ago! Thank you guys!! More

Genuine caring for what our needs were, no high pressure or upselling me to a vehicle I didn't want. On this trip, besides Debbie, we worked with Keith through the sale, financing our new Fusion and every step was a pleasure and totally painless. The entire Tom's team is a great group of people to work with. I no longer mind car shopping. This my 5th Tom's Ford vehicle and many more to come. More

Toms Ford does it again! I just leased my 3rd vehicle from Toms Ford and I would recommend them to everyone. Toms Ford makes you feel like family and treat you as such. I live on Staten Island and travel to Toms Ford because of their continued commitment to customer service! Angelina is fantastic at her job and is always pleasant when I speak with her. Mike Deblasi, (sales) did a fantastic job and I felt like I was dealing with my uncle. I believe that the employees of Toms Ford are genuinely happy to assist any customer. We have been buying Fords for most of our lives my husband used to have a Mustang before we even knew each other and I had a 1968 mustang so when we got married and went to live in Old bridge NJ, We found a new dealer and have been in love with the cars and the salesman ever since. Every time we purchased a car there we come out happy and loved it for the years we had it, whether we were buying or leasing, We had Explorers, Vans, Free style, Edge, Escape and now I just love my new Escape the white titanium what a ride the 2.0 Eco boost wow, it really makes a big difference you feel like you can almost fly. It’s comfortable it has great visibility and all kind of wonderful gadgets like the smart parking etc. Just LOVE IT! THANK YOU FORD AND THANK YOU GERRY DONAHUE WE LOVE YOU! More
