Keith was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything stress-free from start to finish. What really stood out was how accommodating the dealership was—since the title hadn’t arrived yet on the day of purchase, they kindly let me use a luxurious Denali so I didn’t have to drive my old vehicle back to Mount Pleasant. That level of consideration truly went above and beyond. Funny story: when trading in my vehicle, there was a very “noisy” dog toy hiding in the back that my mom and I couldn’t help but laugh about.
