He was well versed and knowledgeable with the Chevy Cruze LT. He answered all our questions regarding this vehicle we did purchase. After several delays with finalizing with Karen from the finance department, Kelcey reassured us we were not forgotten about!!!!During our visit at Amesbury Chevrolet we were greeted by the Service Department Supervisor and The Sales department Supervisor as well. They really did make our first experiance purchasing a vehicle here a memorable one. We would absolutely return in the future to buy another vehicle. Thumbs up to the Dealarship. I dealt with Kelsey on the test drive and transaction who was super knowledgeable and completely up front about everything. He seemed very honest and answered every question with ease and depth. Brian Lehman aka High 5 quarterbacked the whole deal and made sure everything went smoothly and all of my questions and concerns were covered. William G finalized all of the paper work and was very efficient and thorough and made it a point that I knew what everything meant and that I was comfortable with it. Overall, totally recommend the team over there, very thorough, professional, knowledagbe, honest, and efficient, and they definitely have some fun along the way which made it a pleasure to do business with them, again. This is the second time I've bought/leased from them and that will continue. More

I was impressed by many things; of the 8 dealerships I emailed for information, Amesbury Chevrolet responded; when I got there, the online price quote, was the quote; and it was actually better than the quote after they found applicable rebates for me. They worked hard to earn my business and did so. I would go the distance again to do business with Kelcey, Ralph, and Alex. Amesbury Chevrolet is a nice family run business and I highly recommend it. More

Customized Service and excellent buying experience! I had been researching a replacement Yukon for a couple of months. One Sunday morning I discovered exactly what I was looking for on Amesbury Chevy's I had been researching a replacement Yukon for a couple of months. One Sunday morning I discovered exactly what I was looking for on Amesbury Chevy's website - excellent descriptions, pictures and enough to motivate to me to go the 30 miles to check it out. Was met by Kelcey at the door, told him what we wanted and after taking some information, we were on a test drive. Kelcey was knowledgeable of the vehicle and shared much information while on an extended test drive to accurately test the truck (a big plus!) The weather was lousy, so we agreed on a return trip to verify the condition of the vehicle and if approved complete the purchase. Kelcey set my expectations on what was needed, how much time to plan and that he'd get me out with the vehicle at the end of that day. I returned as planned, Kelcey coordinated the service team to help me complete my inspection, then hooked me up with Alex to complete the purchase! Tags, title and inspection while I waited and I was driving away! Brian "the High-5 guy" offered his trademark High 5 as I was beginning my exit! Note - I also watched 2 other sales and deliveries by other reps and they were all done quickly and efficiently with happy customers. I highly recommend these guys and this dealership! More

What a great place to do business! I dropped by probably 6 times over the past year and gave all the indications that I was just a "tire kicker". I started out talking about trucks, then I moved to a Bolt, then an inexpensive used car. Every time I came in they welcomed me with open arms and gave me their undivided attention. It would have been perfectly understandable of them to roll their eyes and say "this guy again?". I have taken my cars there to be serviced and always had a great experience, turn out the sales department is just as easy to work with. More
