A great place to go when you know what you want Kellen was professional and direct with me throughout my visits to the dealership and he was very knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle of choice ( Kellen was professional and direct with me throughout my visits to the dealership and he was very knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle of choice (Tucson) as well as other vehicles or practices throughout the dealership. I came away from my car buying experience please with Ken Garff Hyundai's service and will definitely be returning for services and to buy additional vehicles! More

Partial As stated before in a previous comment I went in to trade in a vehicle it took over a month to get the vehicle I understood the first two delays but a As stated before in a previous comment I went in to trade in a vehicle it took over a month to get the vehicle I understood the first two delays but after three weeks I was called and told the vehicle was lost and they weren't sure when it would come in although they did provide me with two separate loaner vehicles in the meantime which I did appreciate a lot I didn't like the lack of communication I received on the vehicle I had to call almost daily in that month timeframe to get an update and I would be told to be there the next day and then the next day came and it wasn't I probably received three phone calls in the whole month of waiting for the vehicle one day I called and talk to a sales manager I believe his name was Jeff to get an update and he told me since my sales person wasn't there that's why I haven't heard an update which also gave me a bad vibe knowing that if my sales person is out sick or on vacation it made me feel like I wasn't going to get help when I finally got the vehicle I moved all my stuff over I was given the keys and told that information regarding the vehicle was in the glove box and that was it I wasn't told any features I wasn't showing any features I was there for five minutes given the vehicle and excused to leave. The day I went in to trade in the vehicle the sales person was great he was very friendly he had a smile on his face he was very clean in appearance it was just after that was a bad experience More

I had to call multiple times to get them to finally pay it off so I don't have to worry about missing a payment... besides that pretty good experience. More

Great Experience We went looking for an S UV that would meet our needs and would not cost a fortune. There was no pressure and we were shown all possibilities that we We went looking for an S UV that would meet our needs and would not cost a fortune. There was no pressure and we were shown all possibilities that were in our price range. We liked what we saw, but my wife was set on a red vehicle. The salesman worked to find one, but no luck. Then he happened to find one that was not listed on the inventory. We worked out a great lease deal and were treated with amazing respect. We drove off the lot in a new Santa Fe, a deeply satisfied customer. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Great car-buying experience! I had a Great experience with Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne. I went online to check out the cars, and put in my information. I was contacted Very Qui I had a Great experience with Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne. I went online to check out the cars, and put in my information. I was contacted Very Quickly by Kellen. He was GREAT at answering all of my questions, and was able to provide me with information on financing BEFORE I drove to the dealership. I wanted to have a good idea of what I could get for what I had to spend, as well as the payment options. Kellen was able to give me this information before hand, so when I got to the dealership it was just a matter of picking the car I wanted! It was SO FAST & EASY - and for once I didn't leave the car dealership angry, tired or feeling that I got a bad deal! I LOVE the car I got, and will be singing the praises of Ken Garff and Kellen to EVERYONE! :) I can't recommend them enough. More
