Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from Kellen, I asked Kellen several times i do not want to be charged for vin etch of course after signing the paper purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from Kellen, I asked Kellen several times i do not want to be charged for vin etch of course after signing the paper work then going home and looking at the paper work the charged me $399 for the vin etch that Kellen told me he would take care of. while going over the paper work I also noticed that they did not deduct my $2000.00 deposit. there is a clear line on the paper work for the deduction and was left blank the only it showed was my $9000 trade in after speaking to Kellen he was told by a manager you should have looked at the paper before you signed it. Pretty much saying to bad for you. Do not buy a vehicle from these people that are rip off artist More
