After having a bad experience at another dealership I contacted Kelly Jeep via email for a price quote. The response was quick and I received a very competitive price. I came into the dealership and staf contacted Kelly Jeep via email for a price quote. The response was quick and I received a very competitive price. I came into the dealership and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kelly Jeep did not have the car available in the color i wanted so they located one elsewhere and brought it within a few days. My previous experience with dealerships was very dreadful. Kelly Jeep made my car buying experience enjoyable. More

Kelly Byron made my life so easy doing most of the work online. When I was ready to purchase, both Kelly & James made it simple. No hassle, no fuss. I went in, found the Wrangler I wanted, drove it, tal online. When I was ready to purchase, both Kelly & James made it simple. No hassle, no fuss. I went in, found the Wrangler I wanted, drove it, talked about price (NOT FOR 2 hours, nice and quick!) and bought the vehicle. I will be going back to Kelly Jeep to buy my next car and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep! More

We put a deposit on a really nice 2008 highlander on Jan 8th and didn't get the car until Feb4th. Worst delivery process ever. The dealership put the car on their website before getting the title. The dealership said they would have it within 14 days so we continued with the sale. This information was revealed after we drove out to look at the car and made an offer on the vehicle. After two weeks we were a little upset about not getting the car yet. We asked for a kickback for waiting so long we got $500 so we were okay with that in hopes the car would be delivered soon. Another week had gone by and still no title, yet we had to call the registry ourselves and give them the vin number for the vehicle to find out the status of the title, no one from the dealership offered to do that for us. We worked with Kelly Byron (helpful person, thank you) in hopes that we could get some more help or something to make the now 3 weeks not hurt so badly. The dealership refused to help. The deal was still good and we continued because my wife really liked this specific highlander and deal. Finally after 28 days we finally got the car. The car has auto start but we were not given the original key fob for that. We paid the dealership for a sticker they didn't get one so they told us to send the receipt for a sticker. The highlander had a break light out so we paid $10 for the light and passed the inspection. We sent the dealership the receipt for the sticker and the $10 receipt for the bulb. The dealership wouldn't even pay for the bulb. Not worried about the $10 but for all we went through and waiting 28 days they should have had everything taken care of or at least given us the $10 for their car not passing inspection without issue. To be fair, the dealership offered to give us a rental but we live 1.5hrs away so to go get a rental car for what we thought would be a few days, then drive 1.5hrs home to turn around in hopes of getting the car soon and spend another 3hrs to get there and back wasn't worth our time or gas money. I would like to say thank you to Kelley Byron for keeping us informed as to what was happening each day! We did call the BBB about this and we were about to call a news station about this situation if it were to go another week without this car. We regret having to write this bad review but within that time of waiting for this car; our brother bought a car, we refinanced our house, and our nephew bought a car, all after the deposit was put on this car. I bought a 2010 jeep x package with hemi gorgeous truck,but wasn't performing the way it should of.after 5 visits and addressing the same issue they were not able to fix the problem with the truck. They couldn't say 100% if it was the characteristic of the truck.Once I got Andew Turransky involved he went above & beyond to make me a repetitive customer not only did I get into a 2013 jeep grand cherokee limited but I was giving a good deal do to the aggravation of the previous truck wich I only owned for roughly 2 months.Andrew was quick to make my problem his problem (good luck with that drew lol)!!!im very satisfied customer!! not because I'm in another vehicle but how I was treated & how Andrew handled the whole situation.im proud to say I will remain a loyal customer sending friends & family & I also will b ordering a 2014 jeep grand cherokee in a month or so.ty Corey nance my sales person and Kelly Byron for being patient and professional with me & most greatful to Andrew Turranskey who made my not so good experience a very great experience in the end.very happy customer & glad to do business again in the near future!!!!! What a wonderful experience. This is only the second time I have purchased a car from a dealership and It was everything a consumer could want in what is sometimes a nerve-racking atmosphere. I have wa time I have purchased a car from a dealership and It was everything a consumer could want in what is sometimes a nerve-racking atmosphere. I have wanted to own a Jeep Wrangler since I was 18 years old and now at 28 I finally took the plunge. I was greeted and immediately made comfortable by one of the managers and answered all my questions respectfully and without being pushy or wanting to get to the bottom line. I knew what my budget was, did my research and they respected that. I was then able to meet one on one with an amazing salesperson who answered even more of my questions and seemed to bend over backwards to make me feel comfortable and get everything taken care of with out me having to fuss with the more confusing aspects of buying a new car. I spoke with the finance manager and he was speedy and took care of balancing all the what usually seems like endless paperwork into a quick painless process. I strongly recommend visiting Kelly Jeep. I strongly recommend talking with both Yamen and Kelly. I know that you will be treated with respect and dignity. Please visit them and let them help you though the process, you will not be disappointed. More

Where do I begin? I was nervous about buying a new car and had been to other Jeep dealerships in the past. I was really surprised and impressed with Kelly Jeep Chrysler because they were very friendly an and had been to other Jeep dealerships in the past. I was really surprised and impressed with Kelly Jeep Chrysler because they were very friendly and professional and most important, did not act like the typical salesperson who says whatever they think you want to hear in order to sell a car. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to James Moore was the nicest, most helpful and low-pressure salesperson I've met. Suffice it to say, I bought a new Jeep and Kelly was able to give me a competitive price and I now own a Jeep I love. And, they made it so easy - just like they say. AND, the best part is that James drove my Jeep 30 miles to my house that evening to deliver it to me! He went above and beyond. Now, I cannot say he'll do that for everyone, but he knew how much I wanted the car and did what he had to in order to make it happen. That is dedication and customer service! Kelley Byron was great too, as was Tom MacDonald, but James is definitely someone I'd recommend to my friends and family. And, I'm a fairly tough customer,so it takes a lot for me to actually spend the time to write a review (never done one before, for anything). Just go see James and you'll be happy you did. More
