We were able to coax out Pilot to the dealership around noon, Kelli took charge and managed the process of getting a very detailed description of what problems we had witnessed, getting her team to do the diagnostic process as soon as possible and then staying on top of the repairs progression. All the while keeping communication with us. We were back on the highway by late afternoon.
