As someone who came into the dealership process with a lot of apprehension and anxiety based on past experiences, Jay very quickly put me at ease. Not only did he answer all of my questions with clarity and patient professionalism but he made the leasing process actually enjoyable (dare I say fun!) which I’m still shocked about… It is incredibly apparent that Jay genuinely cares about his customers and their individual needs. I felt totally taken care of and cannot thank him enough. Bottom line: I truly believe Jay is the best of the best - run, don’t walk, to see him at Westbury Toyota!!! More
